THE DARK AGES OF LEGAL EDUCATION

I think we are in the midst of The Dark Ages of Legal Education. Law school enrollments are declining and an anti-intellectual ideology is prevalent and is developing deep roots. On the up side, as the historical Dark Ages did eventually give way to a more enlightened time, then, perhaps, the Dark Ages of Legal Education will eventually, though not in my life time, give way to a more enlightened time in legal education.
